About Sakura

Originally from Chicago, Sakura Sutter is a Master Esthetician, intuitive healer, author, and the founder of Sakura Skin & Mind, a wellness practice she has owned and operated since 2009, based in Redmond, Washington. With over two decades in the clinical skincare industry, her work has evolved beyond the surface—bridging the connection between skin, mind, body, and spirit.

After witnessing a growing rise in chronic and inflammatory skin conditions, Sakura began exploring what lived beneath the surface. She expanded her practice to include modalities such as NLP, EFT, Reiki, hypnotherapy, and SRT (Soul Reprogramming Therapy), supported by her work as a licensed hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, EFT practitioner, and intuitive medium. With a lifelong intuitive awareness, she often perceives deeper patterns—including past-life imprints—offering insight that extends beyond traditional methods. Her work also recognizes that many of these patterns are formed across layers of experience, including past lifetimes, ancestral and generational imprints, and deeply conditioned beliefs. Her approach is rooted in a simple but powerful truth: when we treat the internal landscape, the external begins to shift.

In 2015, Sakura’s work became deeply personal when she was diagnosed with Pemphigus Vulgaris, a rare and life-threatening autoimmune disease in which the body attacks its own skin and mucous membranes, causing painful blistering, open wounds, and a breakdown of the skin’s protective barrier. At its worst, even the simplest acts—eating, speaking, or moving—became excruciating, as her body lost its ability to protect itself. A severe flare in 2017 brought her to the edge of survival—and ultimately into transformation. Through a blend of Eastern and Western medicine, nervous system healing, and deep inner work, she entered remission and reclaimed her life.

From that experience, Sakura developed a healing philosophy centered on self-love, awareness, and embodied transformation—work she now shares with clients navigating skin conditions, emotional trauma, chronic illness, and life transitions through both in-person and remote sessions.

In 2018, she launched her radio show and podcast, Love From The Hyp, on Seattle’s KKNW, broadcast across Seattle, Grays Harbor, and Cape Town, South Africa. Through the show, she interviewed thought leaders, healers, and everyday individuals on their journeys of healing, resilience, and awakening. The show became an extension of her mission—to offer hope, insight, and practical tools for transformation—and continues to reach a global audience as a podcast.

Today, Sakura’s work continues to expand through her practice, speaking, writing, and the creation of The Beauty Oracle, a 44-card self-reflection deck designed to guide others back to their own inner wisdom. She is currently writing a teaching memoir that weaves her personal healing journey with the deeper frameworks that now guide her work.

She also hosts curated experiences, including her signature Wine & Woo events, bringing together intuitive insight, connection, and community throughout the Pacific Northwest, often in collaboration with other aligned facilitators.

Her mission is to help others return to themselves—to reconnect with their truth, reclaim their power, and live with greater beauty, intention, and vitality from the inside out.
